As a child, my parents used to tell me that I was born talking. I would strike up conversations with people wherever we went. I think for me, the conversations were and have always been about connecting with others and my intrigue into other people’s stories. In college, I worked in the hospitality industry as both bartender and waitress. Bartending in a college town was like hosting an interesting party every time I worked. I had the privilege of meeting new people, engaging in fascinating conversations, and hearing lots of mostly funny jokes.
I followed my passion for the arts through my studies, earning a bachelor’s degree in Art History. I studied for three years at UNC-Chapel Hill and transferred my final year to UNC-Greensboro, where I had the opportunity to work with the sculptor, Peter Agostini.
I have always enjoyed learning new things and taking every opportunity to explore new paths. My work in the firm provides support to daily operations in a way that feeds my interest in learning and appeals to me because no two days are the same. I have the chance to interact with many different people, to be in the position to constantly learn new things and to utilize my organizational skills. I get to assist with special projects and office operations. All the things I enjoy!
